Terms

What you are buying. You are buying the right to change the words, colour, picture or link of one thing on ownthis.lol for as long as nobody pays more than you did. You are not buying a domain, a product, a service, or any lasting property.

Prices. Anything nobody owns costs $1. After that it costs exactly $1 more than the last person paid. All prices are in US dollars.

No refunds. Purchases are final. When someone pays more than you, you lose the spot immediately and keep nothing except your place in that item's public history.

What you can put up. No slurs, hate, harassment, sexual content, illegal content, scams, malware, phishing, shortened links or impersonation. Links must be to a real site you control or are allowed to promote.

Our right to remove. We can wipe any content that breaks these rules, or hide all buyer content site wide, at any time and without a refund. We can also refuse or reverse a sale.

No warranty. The site is provided as is. It is an internet toy. Do not spend money you would miss.
